The more the merrier! Absolutely everyone is welcome to come down and spectate, there's loads going on with vendors, music and of course plenty of athletic action!

Get yourself down to Go:ver Gym on Sat 24th June and witness, for free, some of the fittest people in East Sussex battle it out for the 2023 Hero, Titan and Go:rilla titles.

Go: ver Gym cafe will be open selling water, tea, coffee and protein bars/drinks

There will also be food & drink stalls a plenty to keep you hydrated in the most fun way!

Parking

Please note there is no parking at Go:ver Gym on the day of the event
Competitor and spectator parking is just a 5 minute walk away
Please refrain from parking in side roads as this causes unnecessary disruption to our neighbours
