Firstly...CONGRATULATIONS! We believe that competing is hugely important in building and showing both character and confidence-nice one!
Registration on the day is from 11:00 at GO:VER GYM. The events start at 12:00 sharp so please do be punctual. Go:rilla athletes will be weighed during the registration, its no drama if you don't quite make weight on the day, we will just put you in a different category.
The gym changing/shower/WC facilities are available for the athletes at any stage during the day but will be closed from 6 onwards. there will be a warm up area with everything you might need to get your body/head prepared for the work outs.
There will be eateries and refreshment stands on site for the duration of the day but please do feel free to bring your own food/drink.

There is no parking at the gym on the day. Please park in near by side streets as indicated on the map below. From 6pm onward the Village Hall has kindly let us use their car park which is a 2 minute walk form the gym.
